We are planning to recruit committee members at the timing, but we are accepting applications to join our committee at any time. Please find the overview of the committee’s activities below. Please note that all of our organization’s activities are managed by volunteers.

[Tasks required for the committee members]

• Plan and organize various events (typically once-twice a year; please refer to the Event page for past events)

• Devise other new projects

[Activity period, frequency, and time commitment]

• Time, size, and frequency for our events vary every year (On average, we tend to host two events a year, with 50-100 participants for each. Typically, a team of around ten people prepares about two months for such events)

• Participation in our committee activities can vary from a few hours to few days a week. You could participate based on your availability (subject to consultation)

• Initial screening: We will review your application based on materials submitted. 

• Interview: those passed the initial screening will be interviewed online.
